Direct message the job poster from CM Medical Recruitment Senior Key Account Manager - Australia CM Medical are excited to be partnered with an innovative ophthalmology company with a passion for bringing solutions to patients suffering from retinal conditions. The Senior Key Account Manager will be the face of the company in Australia, working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and Patient Journey teams to initiate new implanting centres and rehabilitation facilities across the territory. You will provide in-depth field support to customers during the market’s uptake phase by ensuring implanting centre staff are fully trained and set up for success including all product logistics and approvals. Key Responsibilities: Drive uptake and sales growth of the company across Australia. Initiate, develop and manage surgical centres and KOLs. Provide initial training and site evaluation for all centres. Establish referral networks to and develop strategic partnerships with KOLs to help promote the company's technology. Assist and support the surgeon in the OR for the first implantations. Collaborate with marketing department and support it in organizing and participate in mainly local trade shows, congresses, team meetings. Required Experience & Skills: At least 6 years experience in surgical ophthalmology sales with retina/cataract surgery experience. University degree or equivalent in Business or Scientific field. Ability to work well under pressure, action oriented, ability to quickly translate needs into action, proven ability to take initiative and follow-up independently. Interested?
