The Role Due to significant growth, the Brisbane Real Estate Group is seeking an accomplished senior lawyer or Senior Associate to join their dynamic team. Working alongside three highly respected and technically skilled partners, this role offers an exciting opportunity to advance your career in property law. While this position has a primary focus on leasing, you will also gain invaluable exposure to broader areas within the team’s practice. Your client base will be impressive, including property trusts, private property owners, and national and regional landlords and tenants. Experience As the ideal candidate, you will be a seasoned property lawyer with a minimum of four years post-admission experience, preferably acquired in a mid to large-sized firm. Strong experience within leasing is preferred. You will bring outstanding technical legal expertise, exceptional communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precision and excellence in every aspect of your work. Strong drafting and research capabilities, coupled with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service, are essential attributes for success in this role. Equally important is your passion for developing and advancing your legal career in the property sector. You will also take pride in mentoring junior team members, fostering their growth while contributing to the team’s overall success.
