Their primary goal is to provide innovative and sustainable solutions, fostering accessible, resilient, and livable communities.Lead + Senior Mechanical + Electrical Engineers Responsibilities: Lead and mentor junior colleagues and run your own projects. Utilize your electrical design expertise on projects that span across multiple disciplines. Implement best practices to deliver optimal outcomes for clients, resulting in cost and time savings. Take charge of small to medium-sized engineering design projects and provide support for larger projects. Maintain effective communication with external entities such as clients and authorities, as well as internal colleagues and managers. Establish strong client relationships and identify potential business development opportunities. Contribute to the growth and development of the business unit, aligned with strategic objectives. About you: Possess a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification. Ideally working towards achieving chartered status. Proficiency in BIM (Revit) or a willingness to acquire the necessary skills. Extensive experience in the building services sector, applying Australian building codes and standards. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build solid relationships with clients and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage competing priorities, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
