Senior Learning & Organisational Development Partner As Senior Learning and Organisational Development (L&OD) Partner, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement key L&OD initiatives to develop and build individual and organisational capability to meet current and future needs, supporting APRA in cultivating an agile and engaged organisation. You will collaborate with our leaders and their teams to design and deliver end-to-end programs and initiatives, including capability development, performance coaching, employee engagement and team development across the organisation. The team You will be part of our cohesive and collaborative People & Culture (P&C) team of around twenty professionals within an L&OD team of five. Mirroring the composition of the organisation, this permanent role and the majority of our P&C team are based in Sydney, and we work in the office 50% of the time. Key responsibilities Design, develop and implement L&OD programs, frameworks and associated tools and resources to deliver capability growth to enhance organisational capability, performance, and employee experience; Deliver L&OD solutions that are designed to meet our current and future strategic objectives and support APRA’s values; Deliver learning interventions to address changing organisational needs, diagnosing performance needs and enhancing business impact of learning interventions; Design and implement strategies to integrate learning content into the work of employees and leaders, determined by the needs of the learner and the organisation; Engage with key stakeholders to design and deliver ad hoc initiatives that support ongoing development and engagement of individuals and teams; Partner with external providers to deliver high-value workshops and bespoke programs; Leverage learning technologies to enhance the delivery of learning and organisational development initiatives. About you Extensive background in a learning and organisational development, with experience in contemporary talent development strategy and practice; Demonstrated experience designing and delivering L&OD programs and initiatives; Experience building and implementing capability frameworks and skills matrices; Ability to analyse workforce trends and make data-informed decisions; Demonstrated strength in behavioural facilitation, consulting, and performance coaching skills; Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and build trust across various levels of the organisation; Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skills; Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and deliver practical solutions that align with business objectives; Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver high-quality outcomes within tight deadlines; Extensive knowledge of contemporary L&OD methodologies, including a deep understanding of adult learning theories and experiential learning approaches; Proven experience in delivering capability projects at scale across a variety of contexts. To work with us, you must be an Australian citizen with eligibility to gain a Baseline Security clearance through the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency.
