This position focuses on enabling educators to deliver exceptional teaching, learning, and assessment experiences, advancing curriculum design, and shaping the University’s education agenda. Central to this vision is the productive and responsible integration of generative artificial intelligence in learning, teaching, and assessment processes. Reporting to the Professor of Educational Technologies, your key responsibilities will be to: collaborate closely with and influence faculty members, students, and external stakeholders to design and deliver high-quality educational experiences lead curriculum innovation and review to support outstanding student outcomes deliver and facilitate professional learning across the institution, aligned with the team and University’s strategic priorities engage in scholarship of teaching and learning to enhance education practices contribute to governance, service, and a positive workplace culture. We are looking for someone who has: extensive experience in tertiary teaching with a record of excellence in educational delivery and outcomes proven experience in meaningfully integrating generative AI into tertiary education environments proven expertise in curriculum design, innovative pedagogy, and contemporary assessment practices experience in educational leadership and professional development, including mentoring and supervising other educators capability in the scholarship of teaching and learning ability to create inclusive and supportive learning environments experience in designing and managing digital learning experiences using Learning Management Systems.
