About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for a Litigation Lawyer to join a dynamic and highly regarded team. You will work on a wide spectrum of disputes, including: Employment & Industrial Relations – Advising employers and employees on workplace disputes and compliance Insolvency & Restructuring – Representing liquidators, administrators, and creditors in financial disputes Construction Litigation – Assisting clients with contract disputes and infrastructure-related claims Defamation & Media Law – Providing legal strategies to protect reputations and manage media-related risks Estate & Property Disputes – Resolving conflicts over inheritance, land, and commercial property interests Consumer & Contract Law – Advising businesses and individuals on contractual rights and obligations You will have the opportunity to advocate in state and federal courts, as well as participate in arbitration and mediation proceedings across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. This role is ideal for a motivated litigator seeking exposure to complex legal matters while working in a supportive and team-oriented environment.
