Our 3000-strong global team members are proud of the innovative solutions we provide our customers and our commitment to being carbon neutral by 2030.You'll join a diverse and inclusive team contributing across more than 100 unique professions and trades.What's the Role: The candidate we are seeking for our Senior Logistics Coordinator (Exports) will have an inclusive work nature, and the ability to communicate strongly with those within your team and provide support to the logistics function.You are a champion when it comes to building and maintaining trust-based relationships with your customers, suppliers, and fellow employees. You will work closely with your internal stakeholders including other Bradken Order Fulfilment, Manufacturing team, Sales, and Freight Manager in developing and executing standardised distribution processes across sites and actively seek opportunities for improvement in accordance with our policies and procedures.In addition, the position will interact and collaborate with all levels at the site to actively implement and promote logistics initiatives, plans, policies, processes, and work instructions at site level.This is a great role for someone who has exposure to logistics and imports/exports with strong communication skills and wants to be involved in a high-functioning team. There will be opportunities for training and genuine career progression for those wanting a long-term career.Key Technical Criteria: Previous experience in an international logistics role. Thorough understanding of all facets of international freight - Export, Import and Cross trade order management. Able to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Incoterms. Previous team leader experiences desirable. Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise, plan and delegate within a team within tight timeframes. An attitude that enjoys process improvement and being engaged within a team.
