Job Description
Join one of Australia's most well-established organisations as their Senior MS Teams SME! With expertise in MS Teams, Graph API, and PowerShell automation, this exciting new role will see you acting as a lead for the team and the go-to person for MS Teams. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing Microsoft Teams solutions at an enterprise level, in addition to developing automation scripts to streamline operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration and communication infrastructure within the company, utilising MS Graph API to integrate and extend Teams functionality with other services. You will be evolving the service offerings and must have a passion for continuous service improvement. To secure this role, you should have a strong background in: Microsoft 365 administration, with a focus on Microsoft Teams. Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks and Power BI. Experience working with MS Graph API for Teams integration and automation. Solid understanding of Teams architecture, policies, security, and compliance. Experience with Teams voice, calling plans, and direct routing is a plus. Familiarity with Azure Active Directory (AAD), Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Interested?
