The Role Expect hands-on work in computer science and machine learning, for example, building 3D data processing algorithms and large-scale data processing pipelines. You will start to lead initiatives from prototype to production. This includes mentoring junior engineers, setting project direction, and collaborating across product teams, data operations, and robotics. Key Responsibilities Build & Optimise: Scalable ML/AI pipelines for image and 3D data Lead & Mentor: Junior engineers, ensuring best practices and code quality Collaborate: With product managers, robotics, and data operations to align on goals Deploy & Maintain: Production-ready models, data processing pipelines and tools, monitoring performance and reliability Communicate: Technical findings, risks, and feature updates effectively Requirements Hands-On Computer Vision & Machine Learning Experience: Proven track record (e.g., object detection, segmentation, 3D reconstruction), with at least five years of practical experience. Programming: Strong Python (NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow/PyTorch) Leadership: Ability to handle uncertainty, set direction, deliver results Nice-to-Have: 3D geometry, robotics, SLAM, sensor fusion, cloud Familiar with: Linux, git, orchestration Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Why Join Us?
