Key Responsibilities: Servicing, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to prevent downtime and optimize performance. Refining and restoring equipment using machining skills to meet high standards of quality. Collaborating with colleagues to diagnose and resolve equipment issues, utilizing problem-solving expertise to minimize disruptions. This role requires experience in bench work, including manual turning, milling, and grinding. Strong technical drawing reading skills are essential. Knowledge of progressive press tools, CAD, and wire EDM is beneficial but not required.
