As a Senior Manager - Advice Delivery, you’ll lead teams to provide quality and compliant general and intra-fund advice to our members. You will lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring they are motivated, engaged and performing at their best. Your strategic vision and excellent leadership will be key in fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture. Day to day, you'll: Lead and manage the Advice Delivery team to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional service to our members. Collaborate with colleagues and implement strategic plans to enhance the quality and efficiency of advice and guidance. Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes collaboration, professional growth, and continuous improvement. Drive performance by setting clear goals, monitoring progress and providing regular feedback and support. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to align advice delivery with overall business objectives. About you You are a visionary leader with a proven track record in financial advice. Besides being a strategic thinker, you are also a hands-on manager who excels in fostering collaborative and high-performing teams. You have proven experience in leading and managing a team of managers. You have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. You have a passion for building and nurturing a positive team culture. You're able to drive performance and achieve results. You have strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
