Job Description Take on a key role in our evolving Agency Partnerships team Contribute to the continued growth of Qantas Permanent position located in Sydney The aviation industry is constantly evolving. As the Senior Manager, Agency Planning , you will play a pivotal role within the Agency Partnerships team. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Australia Sales and Senior National Account Managers to establish and drive a unified strategy that aligns with Qantas' commercial objectives. This strategy will focus on maximizing revenue and market share through our Agency partners. Your work will span across the Australian Agency portfolio while ensuring consistency with our Global Agency initiatives. You will be responsible for the strategic oversight of our Corporate and Leisure sectors, focusing on commercial direction in the indirect channel. This includes streamlining processes (such as Salesforce) and leveraging technology investments to deliver maximum value for our Agency partners. This is a hands-on role, where you will be instrumental in crafting and implementing strategies to optimize the value of the indirect channel. You'll collaborate with various business units and stakeholders to support the overall growth of the channel. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in sales, strategic planning, project management, or change management Strong ability to analyse, design, and implement commercial strategies Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with a flexible, adaptable mindset Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, both internally and externally Experience using technology to drive commercial success Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint A creative problem-solver with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts Strong ability to work independently and within teams under tight deadlines Skilled in adapting to shifting business priorities and managing competing tasks Leadership and influence skills across various organizational levels Proven experience in managing and influencing challenging stakeholders Why Qantas?
