We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager (Property and Assets) to oversee all aspects of Property and Leasing Management, Facilities Management, and Asset Management at Lot Fourteen. Key responsibilities include: Management of leasing to develop and support the exciting mix of tenants and businesses that are critical to the success of Lot Fourteen. Facilitating high levels of engagement and a purpose-driven culture. Manage and document sensitive and complex lease negotiations. Collaborating to provide accurate and timely tenancy advice. Providing expert advice and analysis to ensure optimal portfolio management. Preparing, managing and reporting property portfolio budgets in alignment with strategic objectives. Lead and deliver complex property projects, to achieve strategic, operational, and financial objectives while maximising commercial outcomes for the assets. The Criteria Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property or a related discipline or demonstrated equivalent experience. CBS Property Manager Registration. Demonstrated commercial experience in leasing and asset management. Expert communication and negotiation skills. Stakeholder-focused with an emphasis on supporting the curated tenant ecosystem along with other government departments, tenants, and the community.
