We are looking for a Senior Manager to take a leading role in the Omnichannel Enablers platform team, delivering exceptional and impactful omnichannel solutions across a number of our digital engagement and experience platforms. As a Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the platform/product strategy, roadmaps, and processes. Collaborating closely with the Director of Product and Product Manager, you will turn ideas into action, enabling connected customer experiences at scale. You will engage with senior Banking and Financial Services stakeholders, Business Analysts, Designers, Architects, Lead Engineers, and Vendors to lead the development of new platform capabilities and features, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with business priorities. What you offer Extensive experience in SaaS/cloud-based technologies, overseeing the development, implementation, and management of digital platforms/capabilities. Strong understanding of the product management function and the distinction between internal platform products and customer/consumer products. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare compelling business cases and effectively convey ideas and strategies. Proven capability to work with technical teams, translating opportunities and solutions to both business and technology stakeholders.
