Higher Education Officer Level 9 | $127,224 - $136,138 p.a. + 17% Super Flinders University has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager, City Campus Services, to shape the strategic direction and success of Flinders City Campus. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee a multi-disciplinary team that provides exceptional student and customer support services in a fast-paced, complex environment. In this role, you will lead, develop, and implement an integrated customer and student service experience while delivering initiatives focused on service excellence, digital innovation, and customer strategies. You will play an active role in overseeing campus operations, driving continuous improvements, and aligning your efforts with the University's broader goals. To succeed in this role, you will also: Foster customer service excellence through leading improvements in the student experience, including being a key contributor to digital service innovation. Oversee and manage all aspects of the City Campus Services team, campus operations, resourcing cycles, and service performance. Develop and implement effective and efficient training tools and frameworks that continue to develop and nurture a high-performing multi-disciplinary team grounded in the University's core values. Proactively resolve issues, escalate incidents, and manage risks and compliance issues, ensuring controls are in place to mitigate risks. Prescribed Conditions for Employment A valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check which is satisfactory to the University will also be required before the successful applicant can commence in this position. Please note, the successful incumbent will be required to undertake Mental Health First Aid training, along with fire warden training and duties. The incumbent will be required to work within the City Campus hours of operation, these being 8am to 8pm. Hours of work may be undertaken on a rostered arrangement.
