Join our Global Conduct Risk Team based in Sydney, who play a key role managing and enhancing the global Conduct Risk agenda, a key priority for the organisation. As a Senior Manager in the Conduct Risk team, you will assist with the design and implementation of Conduct Risk uplift initiatives via an established program of work and manage Conduct Risk information, including reporting to Boards and Management Committees. You will proactively identify enhancements to the Global Conduct Risk Framework, including identification, measurement and reporting, and highlight key themes and trends to Senior Management through the analysis of Conduct Risk management information. In addition, you will manage a small team and assist in the development and administration of training to team members and other stakeholders on relevant Conduct Risk areas. You will also carry out control activities to support Conduct Risk Assurance. What you offer Previous experience in Conduct Risk or a related discipline gained in the Financial Services industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels. Prior experience leading a team.
