We have a rare opportunity for a dynamic and strategic senior people leader to join our team as the Credit & Vulnerability CCoE Leader . This broad role leads a team of 4 people leaders and is pivotal in shaping our credit management strategies and ensuring a customer-centric approach to debt risk and collection processes. In this role you will focus your time on Development and implementation of long and short-term strategies to minimize risk exposure and debt management Collections & vulnerability operations policies and procedures are executed across multiple onshore and offshore teams Providing timely and accurate data driven insights and updates to executives, seeing you as the representative with CFO and Group Risk delivering identification of trends, strategies and mitigation plans to support decision making Utilize customer sentiment analysis to drive continuous improvement in customer experience. Lead teams to achieve optimal performance fostering teamwork across departments to align strategies and improve financial performance Qualifications and Experience: Significant experience in senior business leadership and vendor management within a medium to large corporate environment Expertise in collections and vulnerability customer strategy Tertiary qualifications in a business discipline.
