Core to the functions of the COO is a focus on customer. Every single process that we execute has a significant impact on customer experience. See yourself in our team As part of the Customer Data Domain we drive customer data integrity, completeness and coverage of the Group’s customer repository to increase leverage of customer information and enhance customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle. Our work is aimed at collating information about all our customers into one infrastructure, providing a single view of customer for all users, whether front-line or analytical, and managing quality from the point of capture from the customer. We design and implement processes to maintain and improve the integrity and richness of our customer data over time and through the customer life-cycle. In this role As the Customer Data Steward representing the Customer Data Domain, you will provide support horizontally to multiple squads to embed data management principles working closely with the Chief Data Office. You will also be representing at Group level the data management led initiatives, ensuring that the group objectives are met. Other responsibilities will also include Supporting the Customer Data Domain in the design and implementation of world class data APIs, eventing and other customer data products to support the group’s new data marketplace. Managing and governing critical customer data elements, ensuring accuracy, completeness and consistency. Ensuring data lineage, metadata and classifications are maintained. Supporting and coaching squads as they move through the project delivery lifecycle across all phases of the data management implementation methodology (Activate, Trace, Assess, Resolve, Monitor and Report). Supporting data quality reporting and controls to proactively monitor, identify and resolve data issues across the domain, including regulatory and compliance requirements related to customer data. Supporting the data strategy for the Customer Data Domain, acting as the primary in Data Management implementations. Driving continuous improvement in data governance and stewardship. We’re interested in hearing from people who have Proven experience and knowledge in Data Management steward or similar party data experience. Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen. Strong attention to detail with the ability to effective time management. Relevant qualifications in data management / IT disciplines such as data engineering, risk, compliance, audit, or analytics.
