About the opportunity We are seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Analytics and Insights to drive value through data-driven solutions by integrating Marketing, Finance, Compliance, Business Insights, and Government reporting data. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing customer behaviour, market trends, and dynamics to generate actionable insights that enhance strategic planning and optimize the return on marketing investments across all stakeholder groups. Your core responsibilities will include: Lead the development of data analytics solutions and market research insights for the Future Students and Outreach (FS&O) portfolio by collaborating with senior leadership, Finance, and additional stakeholders in Recruitment, Brand, Compliance & Regulatory reporting. Lead the development of marketing communications performance analytics. Lead customer research programs to gather insights on customer experience to improve customer journeys and commercial outcomes. Develop marketing performance best practice education programs for the wider marketing community. Ensure alignment with university targets and implement rigorous data quality assurance processes. About you You possess leadership in designing and implementing strategic customer marketing analytics and reporting to support business performance. You have a proven ability to utilise analytical techniques and tools for developing data-driven descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics, with extensive knowledge of data management and data visualisation tools and techniques. You can demonstrate: Tertiary qualification in a relevant commercial or quantitative field, such as commerce, economics, mathematics, data science, computer science, or engineering. Proficiency with data analytics techniques and tools, including SQL, Power BI, Tableau, D365 Dashboards, Google Analytics, and Meta. Demonstrated ability to develop innovative marketing analytic programs and solutions using multiple analytical tools to measure and achieve business outcomes. High level analytical and conceptual skills to deliver marketing analytics solutions to complex strategic and business issues with outstanding communication, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills, including political acumen and a strong ability to work effectively across formal structural boundaries. Experience within the higher education sector, future students & outreach, managing budgets, allocating resources, and the ability to deliver efficiency savings will be highly advantageous. This position is: Full-time, continuing (permanent) Located at Gold Coast, QLD 4225 HEW Level 9. The base salary ranges from $129,848 - $136,131 per annum, plus 17% employer’s contribution to superannuation. The total remuneration package is up to $159,273.
