They are dedicated to fostering growth and success, supporting both their clients' goals and their team's professional aspirations.About the role As a Senior Manager, you will work in the IFRS Advisory team to provide a range of advice and value to clients.Key Responsibilities Provide technical accounting guidance, including IFRS implementation and compliance advisory, including ESG/carbon-related financial disclosure standards S1 & S2. Conduct research and contribute to discussions on the application of accounting standards. Deliver client-focused solutions on a range of financial reporting matters, including emerging ESG-related disclosures. Participate in national and international IFRS Advisory forums and present insights. Support business growth through professional networking, thought leadership, and business development activities. Technical Skills & Qualifications Proven knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Australian Accounting Standards (AASB); CA qualified, with relevant tertiary education; Experience analysing complex accounting issues in a consulting, advisory, or industry role. Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills. Passion for technical accounting and an interest in ESG-related financial disclosures. Ability to work collaboratively, mentor team members, and drive business initiatives.
