Primary Details Time Type: Full timeWorker Type: EmployeeLocation: Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne Type: Permanent, full time Hybrid role, Happy to talk flexible working The opportunity As the Senior Manager – Enterprise Leadership and Talent Development, you will be responsible for shaping and executing a strategic approach to leadership development at the enterprise leader level. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to assess business needs, develop targeted leadership development programs and experiences, and create an environment where leaders continuously evolve to meet future challenges. Your expertise in executive learning, adult development and leadership growth will be critical in driving enterprise-wide impact. Key Duties: Architect the end-to-end experience for enterprise talent groups and support the roadmap for delivery. Design and deliver global, enterprise leader-level development interventions based on best practices in adult development principles. Provide thought leadership to shape the enterprise leaders strategy and associated experiences and services for executives. Drive the continuous improvement of talent development initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and future workforce needs. Partner with external providers to create externally delivered leadership development experiences in alignment with the overall architecture. Lead a team of leadership development professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation in leadership and talent development. About You: To be successful in this role, you should have prior experience designing executive development programs, preferably within financial services, and incorporating contemporary approaches and theories. Additionally, the following key attributes will contribute to your success: Proficient in consulting, negotiation, facilitation, problem-solving, and decision-making. Strong expertise in designing and delivering leadership development programs at the enterprise level. Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders and drive meaningful change. Ability to lead a small team and design and facilitate offsites. Experience in design thinking/human centred design/conversation design. Future-focused with the ability to strategise and align development programs with broader leadership strategies, balanced with a pragmatic approach.
