We are now looking for a dynamic leader to guide a high-performing team in providing strategic financial and procurement expertise. This role will involve partnering with internal and external stakeholders to support our organisational goals. Role Overview As Senior Manager, Finance & Procurement, you will lead the strategic planning, execution, and evaluation of critical ICT financial management and procurement services for Digital Health SA’s internal stakeholders. You will guide a team of professionals in delivering complex financial management, reporting, and procurement functions. This role also involves overseeing the implementation and review of internal controls and financial governance. Key Responsibilities : Collaborating with the DHSA Leadership Team to establish, monitor, and analyse portfolio budgets Providing expert technical advice on finance and procurement to DHSA Executive Leading procurement planning processes and managing vendor relationships, contracts, and service providers Building strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective financial management and procurement strategies About You We are looking for a candidate with: Extensive experience in financial compliance and procurement functions Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and manage high-performance teams Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on problem-solving and innovation Proven ability to navigate complex financial and procurement issues and offer strategic solutions High-level analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and complex projects Experience in senior-level negotiations and building productive, trusted working relationships What We Offer : Ongoing appointment Flexible working options Salary packaging opportunities Discounted gym memberships Career development and training opportunities Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for you and your family Be Well Program The South Australian public sector promotes diversity and flexible ways of working part-time.
