Base pay range A$160,000.00/yr - A$190,000.00/yr Senior Manager - Accounting & Finance at Perigon Group Growth-orientated and highly resilient sector Exceptional career development prospects within highly dynamic business $180-200k package + incentives My client is a global infrastructure giant seeking a strong people leader in financial control. This role will oversee a team of accountants who look after statutory accounting for the group, including preparation of consolidated accounts, financial reporting schedules to the overseas parent, and oversight of GL management and month-end activities (reconciliations, journals, reporting) for a number of business units. You'll also support budget and forecasts and be accountable for ongoing improvements in systems, processes, and accounting best practices. The successful candidate will have demonstrated success as a people leader, having managed a small to medium-sized team in a complex, global, or listed business, ideally with exposure to consolidated accounts. This role is well suited to someone looking to bring their leadership and technical accounting prowess to challenge themselves within a highly dynamic, acquisitive, and growth-oriented business, where you'll be presented with varied prospects for development.
