Ongoing full-time role at 35 hours per week plus FlexTime Sydney or NSW location by negotiation Hybrid working from home and office supported Salary range from $168,079 to $186,401 plus super and leave loading EnergyCo NSW is spearheading the transition to renewable energy to deliver clean electricity to the people of NSW as coal-fired power stations near closure.About the Opportunity Our EnergyCo NSW Governance Risk and Compliance team is currently seeking to appoint a Senior Manager, Governance and Compliance to lead the development and implementation of governance and compliance frameworks that ensure organisational integrity and effectiveness for EnergyCo. In this role, you will manage a small team of three professionals, working collaboratively to establish and enhance governance and compliance practices from the ground up. You’ll provide expert advice to senior executives, staff, and partners, integrating governance into all aspects of operations to support government policies and priorities.This role offers a unique and exciting challenge, ideal for someone with demonstrated expertise in governance and compliance, advanced problem-solving skills, and a passion for building systems in a dynamic environment.
