Position Overview Join our Indigenous Community Experience Squad as a senior manager at CommBank. Your responsibilities would include: Lead the design and delivery of talent attraction and retention programs for early career cohorts in Tech and Chief Operations Office and across other areas of the business. Proven program management, design, delivery and reporting skills. Ability to define and track metrics, manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, and meet deadlines. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to: Design and implement learning and development programs to support our Indigenous employees. Provide consulting support to enhance the development and growth of Indigenous employees. What We’re Looking For: Knowledge and demonstrated experience with Indigenous cultures, communities, and a clear understanding of Indigenous affairs. Demonstrated experience in early career engagement and networks in Indigenous communities. Experience leading small teams and building cross-functional business relationships in Talent Acquisition, HR, Learning & Development, Consulting, Diversity & Inclusion, and Tech. Comfortable with both delivering autonomously and collaborating with colleagues and partnering with multiple stakeholders with differing needs and priorities. Be an effective team member with strong engagement, financial management, risk acuity, and skill development. Understand your role and team’s risk profile.
