6 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Responsibilities: Lead and drive the implementation and maintenance of the Operational Risk Framework, ensuring compliance with key regulations (CPS230, BEAR & FAR) and group policies. Contribute to the risk appetite management (ie. risk registers, profiling, breaches & incidents, key risk indicators, strategy etc.) Support/manage the risk acceptance process and maintain risk reporting. Support/drive the risk assurance process, conduct deep dives, and govern remediation efforts. Run risk-related training and develop strong internal business relationships. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of non-financial risk management experience in an Australian financial institution. Strong knowledge of operational risk principles and frameworks including CPS 230 requirements. Hands-on experience in risk profiling, risk registers, KRIs, risk reporting, and risk assurance in APRA regulated financial institutions. Patient, tenacious, pragmatic and consultative in stakeholder management.
