The opportunity at OneStop The Senior Manager, Product Operations, oversees the execution of product development processes within the organisation. This role partners with stakeholders across OneStop to design, implement, and refine product development processes. Working closely with product teams to ensure adherence to established methodologies, provide process guidance, and identify opportunities for process improvement. Drive project efficiency, continuous improvement and enable a data driven product culture. In this role of Senior Manager, Product Operations you will… Work closely with the Chief Product Officer and Head of Product to translate product strategy into an optimised product development process. Manage the implementation of defined product development processes across Product teams. Collaborate with the Head of Product, and Head of Development on vendor management. Lead, manage and develop a team of Product Delivery Leads and Business Analysts. Manage and analyse product development data to identify areas for improvement and translate them into actionable recommendations. Identify and implement process improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across OneStop. Set the vision to inspire and motivate the team to achieve their best. Ensure direct reports have goals aligned to organisational goals for the performance year. What we’re looking for? Ideally you will have… Solid understanding of product development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum). Experience with product development tools (e. g. Project management tools). Strong understanding of data analysis tools and techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate team members. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to influence and support change initiatives. Highly organised with a strong work ethic. What’s next?
