Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor solution architects, domain leads, and pre-sales teams, guiding them in designing and delivering exceptional solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to create and implement innovative, customer-centric solutions that address real-world business challenges. Engage with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into viable solutions , acting as a trusted advisor and building strong relationships. Oversee product development and management , ensuring the company's offerings remain cutting-edge, competitive, and relevant to the evolving needs of the market. Oversee the entire project lifecycle , from the initial spark of an idea to the final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Lead and mentor project engineers and project managers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaborative innovation. Drive continuous improvement and innovation , exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance existing products and develop new ones. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders , including clients, vendors, and internal teams, fostering a shared passion for technology and its potential. Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of experience in solution architecture and/or product management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering innovative solutions. 3+ years of project delivery experience, demonstrating your ability to lead and manage complex IT projects from start to finish. Strong leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams, inspiring and motivating individuals with diverse skill sets and backgrounds. Deep understanding of solution design, presales engagement, and stakeholder management, showcasing your ability to translate technical concepts into business value. Experience in product development and lifecycle management, with a keen eye for identifying market trends and emerging technologies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, enabling you to effectively engage with clients, executives, and technical teams. Industry experience in IT services, consulting, or engineering, demonstrating your understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the technology landscape.
