Job Description

QRIDA is seeking an individual with experience in providing strategic advice and high-level leadership to support the Executive Leadership Team, oversee the management of QRIDA's commercial contracts, and fulfill legislative obligations in the delivery of a suite of programs administered under a Memorandum of Understanding or Service Level Agreement negotiated with the relevant program owner. Key Responsibilities And Duties Undertaken By The Role Include To oversee the implementation of processes, strategies and frameworks to support QRIDA's successful delivery of existing and future programs in accordance with agreed service delivery arrangements and legislative requirements. Report and provide high-level advice to the Executive Leadership Team and to the QRIDA Board as required. Lead operational teams across program delivery to ensure service level agreement obligations, agreed service standards, legislative requirements, standard assessing procedures, and quality assurance standards are adhered to while achieving outcomes through standard response indicators in a cost-effective and timely manner. Lead the transition of new programs for delivery supporting the Business Development & Engagement Division establishment of programs, including developing program planning, implementation and monitoring frameworks/tools, resourcing modeling and continuous improvement practices to ensure alignment to program profit expectations, and assessment procedures. Contribute to the promotion of QRIDA and its current assistance programs to key stakeholders (e.g., bankers, accountants, grower bodies, farm financial counsellors, producers and existing program owners), through the provision of information, advice or presentations.
