The team is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Manager – Tax & Business Advisory who is looking to take the next step in their career towards partnership. In this role, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of key clients, ensuring compliance needs are met with precision and efficiency. What You’ll Be Doing Managing tax compliance for a diverse client base Providing strategic tax advice tailored to business needs Reviewing and mentoring junior team members Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance client service Building and maintaining strong client relationships What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in tax compliance within public practice Strong technical knowledge of Australian tax legislation Excellent communication and client management skills A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement Ability to mentor junior staff and contribute to team growth Relevant qualifications in accounting and taxation If you’re looking for a career move that offers both professional and lifestyle rewards , we’d love to hear from you.
