Top 5 Success Factors for this role: Mining engineering qualifications combined with relevant experience in a senior underground technical services role. You need to know what it takes to deliver projects using pragmatism through a focus on materiality. The right mix of technical and operational knowledge across mine planning, gas and ventilation, geology and coal quality. Technical familiarity with mine planning software. You need to be well-connected and networked – with a finger always on the pulse for what’s happening in our industry.
