Job Description

You will be joining a Big 4 Bank as a Senior Market Surveillance Manager within a dynamic and high-performing team with a strong focus on development, collaboration and flexibility. About the Role Responsibilities include: Lead the market surveillance team in identifying, investigating, and mitigating potential market abuse, insider trading, and other regulatory breaches. Develop and enhance surveillance models, systems, and tools to ensure adherence to global regulatory standards and internal policies. Oversee the review and analysis of trading activities across multiple asset classes, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Collaborate with legal, compliance, and trading teams to address regulatory inquiries and audits. Provide strategic guidance to senior stakeholders, presenting insights and recommendations to mitigate risks and enhance controls. About You You have: Proven experience (7+ years) in market surveillance, compliance, or risk management within the financial services industry. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and anomalies in trading activities. Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
