Senior Marketing Executive, ANZ Blis is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing Executive to join our growing team, covering the Australian and New Zealand region. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with 2-4 years of experience, who is looking to take ownership of key marketing initiatives and drive results across multiple channels. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, APAC, the Senior Marketing Executive will have a high degree of autonomy and be responsible for executing a range of marketing activities, including email marketing, content creation, event management, and paid digital campaigns, with a particular focus on LinkedIn. This is a full-time position based in Sydney, Australia. We’ve embraced flexible working and expect this to continue indefinitely, however, we currently expect this role to be in our office 3 days per week. Key Responsibilities Email and Content Marketing: Plan, develop, and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring content is engaging and aligned with campaign objectives. Support content marketing efforts across blog posts, case studies, social media, and other channels. Event Marketing & Management: Independently manage the planning and execution of marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and conferences. Handle logistics such as venue selection, vendor coordination, attendee registration, and on-site support. Paid Digital Campaigns: Create and manage paid digital campaigns, with a specific focus on LinkedIn ads. Utilise LinkedIn Campaign Manager to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. LinkedIn Live & Social Media: Manage LinkedIn Live sessions and develop strategies for increased engagement on social platforms. Create and schedule content that aligns with the broader marketing strategy. Copywriting: Write clear, engaging, and compelling copy for email marketing, blog posts, event invitations, social media, and other marketing materials. Reporting and Metrics: Track, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations to optimise future campaigns. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing activities align with sales objectives and drive meaningful results. Manage relationships with external vendors where necessary. Skills and Requirements 2-4 years of experience in a similar marketing role, with a strong background in email marketing, content creation, event management, and paid digital campaigns. Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, with experience running paid LinkedIn ad campaigns. Experience with LinkedIn Live is a plus. Strong copywriting skills, or a keen interest in developing them, for a variety of marketing channels. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Basic understanding of marketing metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, ROI) and the ability to report on campaign performance. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using Zoho CRM and Marketing Suite or similar platforms and Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides). Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a team-player mindset. Flexibility to work after hours for events and travel interstate when required.
