Job Description

The opportunity to join our team As the Senior Marketing Manager of Retirement, you will lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to launch and drive growth for our exciting new retirement proposition. You'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of retirement solutions, building our reputation as a leader in the space by driving adoption and growth across the advisor audience. Your role will involve launching the new product on the WRAP platform, collaborating with the Master Trust team, and ensuring a market-leading competitive advantage with the Retirement CVP. By executing data-driven marketing strategies across multiple channels, you'll be responsible for driving growth, increasing advisor NPS, and enhancing customer engagement through strategic, customer-first initiatives. You’ll oversee end-to-end program execution, working with internal teams, stakeholders, and external suppliers. Your efforts will support the WRAP and Asset Management teams in delivering high-impact marketing initiatives. You'll take ownership of budget management, financial forecasting, and reporting, while ensuring campaigns adhere to regulations. Your approach will be grounded in insight, continuous optimisation, and a test/learn mentality, ensuring the marketing strategy delivers business growth and measurable performance—ultimately leaving a lasting mark on the future of retirement solutions. What you will bring Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 10+ years’ experience in financial services marketing, with a strong focus on B2B and B2C, particularly in banking, wealth, and superannuation Deep understanding of superannuation, banking, wealth, retirement, and investment landscapes, including key drivers and industry challenges Proven experience in B2B marketing and campaign execution, including customer contact strategy Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with experience in relationship-building Ability to translate business strategy into marketing plans, including segmentation, targeting, and campaign design Data-driven and results-oriented, with a strong focus on measurement, innovation, and continuous improvement Make your move.
