Senior Mental Health Clinician - Child and Youth Mental Health Service (Acute Response) Townsville Hospital and Health Service is the public healthcare provider for more than 250,000 people across a geographic area of 150,000km2 , delivering a comprehensive range of services across 21 facilities, from primary care in regional locations to highly specialised care at the main hospital. The Child and Youth Mental Health Service (CYMHS) offers a specialised mental health service for families with children and young people (birth to 18 years) who experience severe and complex mental health problems, and where their needs cannot be met by other services. CYMHS is a multi-disciplinary, multi-specialty community-based service that also provides an acute response to Townsville University Hospital Emergency Department during office hours. About the opportunity:Position: Senior Mental Health ClinicianVacancy: Permanent Full-time, 76 hours per fortnightLocation: Child and Youth Mental Health Service, Townsville What's on offer? Clinical Nurse Consultant Remuneration package of up to $164,696 p.a., comprising base salary range of $132,562 to $143,924 p.a. (+ applicable allowances/benefits) (Nurse Grade 7) recreational leave loading (17.5%), and employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%). Psychologist, Speech Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker - Senior Remuneration package of up to $157,360 p.a., comprising base salary range of $128,169 to $137,918 p.a. (+ applicable allowances/benefits) (HP4) recreational leave loading (17.5%), and employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%).
