We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Senior Microsoft Exchange Consultant to join our team of experts in making a real difference for our Federal and State Government clients. This is an excellent opportunity to impact your career if you are highly skilled in the following: Microsoft Exchange on premises and hybrid environments Exchange Online Office 365 Exchange Online Protection (EOP) Active Directory A minimum of NV1 AGSVA security clearance is a requirement for this role. Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Prepare designs for new or existing environments Perform application and service analysis, testing and remediation Build, configure and implement Microsoft Exchange on-premises and cloud-based solutions Manage Exchange security, including access controls, antivirus and spam filters Assist with general Exchange activities based on client requirements Prepare and deliver As Built As Configured and Standard Operating Procedures Prepare security related documentation under the guidance of Oobe's security practice Work closely with other Oobe team members to deliver quality outcomes for our clients Leverage Oobe's vendor relationships to assist with design, configuration and remediation activities based on best practices Continuous improvement and iteration of technical processes, tools and reporting Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices for technologies Assist with managing client expectations with Oobe's Project Management team Participate in the creation of new products and solutions by being a member of a cross-functional team Assist with preparing statement of works, user guides (e.g. FAQs), release notes, etc. Requirements: Minimum NV1 security clearance. Recent experience in the tech skills required ideally within a large government organisation or enterprise. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Can adapt and apply existing techniques and methodologies to new uses. Experience working in multidimensional teams. Analysis, communication, presentation ability.
