Work closely with designers and UX professionals to translate concepts into functional UI components, addressing cross-platform compatibility and accessibility challenges. Mentor team members, enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and implement automated testing to maintain high code quality and performance. Contribute to architectural decisions, maintain technical documentation, and align app development with project goals, ensuring timely delivery using an MVP approach.
