Join to apply for the Senior Mobilisation Administrator role at BCI Minerals Reporting to the Project Director, the Senior Mobilisation Administrator will manage and maintain mobilisation of all personnel through INX +Process ensuring compliance for the Mardie Salt and Potash Project. As construction progresses at Mardie, we are looking for an individual who is ready to be a part of this exciting project, where you will have the opportunity to really make an immediate impact. The Company BCI Minerals Limited (ASX:BCI) is an Australian owned mineral resources company with salt and potash as its initial focus. A future Tier One project, Mardie has been designed to produce 5.35Mtpa of high-purity salt and 140ktpa of Sulphate of Potash (SOP). The Role The Senior Mobilisation Administrator will be responsible for managing all day-to-day mobilisation activities, ensuring the efficient onboarding and offboarding of personnel through INX +Process. You will verify qualifications, compliance, and site requirements, ensuring all personnel meet the necessary standards before mobilisation. Additionally, you will oversee travel arrangements, including flights, hire cars, and accommodation, while maintaining stock levels of approved PPE to support smooth onboarding. A key aspect of this role involves continuously reviewing and improving mobilisation processes to align with best practices. You will develop strong relationships with contractors, ensuring they understand and fulfill their obligations within the mobilisation process. You will work collaboratively across multiple teams, including Procurement, Industrial Relations, IT, Training, and Site Administration, to ensure effective and streamlined operations. About You: A minimum 4 years’ experience in Mobilisation within the resources industry. Experience in INX +Process software. INX Intuition and Inflight software experience (desirable). Excellent customer service and communications skills required. The successful candidate will be required to provide a national police clearance that is not older than 3 months. You must have current unrestricted working rights for Australia to be eligible for consideration.
