Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 architectures, with a focus on design, implementation, and maintenance. Expertise in collaborative platforms such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. Robust problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of effective support and troubleshooting. In-depth understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance in digital workplaces.
