About the ROLE: An exciting opportunity to join our Pharmacy Sales team, in a newly created Senior National Business Manager role! In this role, you will be accountable for overseeing and managing our relationship with Chemist Warehouse and Priceline including associated Pharmacy Wholesaler business SIGMA & API, across both our NIVEA and Elastoplast portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Pharmacy, you will manage a team of 3, comprising of 2 direct reports; Business Managers and 1 indirect report; Account Executive. The responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to: Ownership for the Beiersdorf Annual Plan for Chemist Warehouse & Priceline Leverage & review Revenue Growth Management insights for Customer/Category on price/promotion/mix Full accountability for presenting innovation to Buyers and gaining support on launch plans Ownership for all Commercial and Multi-functional relationships with Chemist Warehouse and Priceline including SIGMA & API Pharmacy Wholesalers. Support and coach direct reports as to how they develop their trading relationships and navigate business opportunities. About YOU: Preferably a Business degree qualification 7-10yrs relevant commercial experience (either Sales or Category) with experience in Tier 1 AU Customers e.g., Chemist Warehouse, Woolworths, or Coles. Experience within Pharmacy is preferred but not essential. Ability to work in a team environment.
