As Plena continues to expand into the Disability Setting, you will be leading the growth alongside our established leadership teams and therapists. What We Offer: Competitive Salary Range: $115,000 - 125,000 + Incentives + Superannuation (based on experience and reviewed yearly). Your Role: As a qualified Senior Occupational Therapist, you will: Provide meaningful clinical and therapeutic interventions in both Disability and Community settings to improve the quality of life for participants and consumers in their activities of daily living. Coach & support Plena occupational therapists & contribute to continuous improvement projects. Take on a leadership role within the team, providing guidance, supervision, and mentorship to junior therapists, fostering their professional development and ensuring high standards of care. Contribute to strategic planning and service development, identifying opportunities for innovation and quality improvement in therapy services. Complete assessments and recommendations, including Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA’s), that support and promote independence and participation and optimal funding outcomes. Design impactful therapy plans using evidence-based tools to support participants in achieving their goals. Undertake home modification assessments and reviews to promote independence, appropriate access and optimal safety. Build and maintain relationships with participants, families, and support teams. Educate participants and caregivers on health topics such as fall prevention and stress management. Who We Are: Plena Healthcare is a leading allied health provider with over 20 years of experience.
