We are seeking a Senior OT/OT Lead to join our growing team in Perth. This role offers the unique opportunity to combine management responsibilities with hands-on clinical work, making a meaningful impact both in the community and on your team. With a mixed caseload including pediatrics and aged care, you will provide high-quality therapy services while leading and mentoring a dedicated multi-disciplinary team. About the Role: As our Senior OT, you’ll not only be responsible for providing expert clinical care to your clients, but you’ll also lead and guide the Perth team to ensure best practice and clinical excellence across Patches Australia. Your hours will be split between direct client work and leadership responsibilities, and you’ll play an integral role in shaping the development of the team. We are open to either a full-time employee or 0.8 FTE but must be in 5 days a week. This role will require occasional travel, but primarily, you will be based in Perth. We are looking for a leader who brings clinical expertise, positivity, and a passion for supporting your colleagues as well as the community.
