Senior Occupational Therapist (Team Leader) Great Opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist who's looking for a leadership role. 08th January, 2025 The Organisation 4 Healthcare Recruitment is proud to be partnering with this organization to be one of the Top 4 Employers in Australia. Our partner organisation is a multi-disciplinary rehabilitation service that caters to people with neurological conditions. They provide services in the Northern and Western suburbs for both home visits and community-based services. The Role This role plays a key leadership role in managing the Occupational Therapy team consisting of over 30 Occupational Therapists across seven teams located in Melbourne, Geelong, Albury/Wodonga, and Hobart. You will also hold a small clinic caseload in home, community, and rehabilitation facilities. This position is for a full-time role, but candidates looking for part-time roles are also welcome to apply. The caseload will be for both adult and paediatric populations, assisting people with traumatic brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy, intellectual disability, etc. Benefits to You Flexible work arrangements (WFH available - 4 day and 9 day work week) Your home clinic will depend on your geographic location to help minimise travel Low KPI!
