Senior Director, Human ResourcesFull-time Permanent Details: Infrastructure Canberra has an exciting opportunity within the Chief Operating Office. The Senior Director Human Resources will lead the iCBR Human Resources team, including developing, influencing and delivering a range of strategic and operational human resources services across the directorate. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), some duties include: Providing high-level advice, briefings and reports to the COO, iCBR Executives and staff Providing leadership and managing the HR team Integrating business planning and driving strategic and operational initiatives aligned with the Directorate's workforce plan Developing, maintaining and implementing human resource policies and practices Assisting Executives and Managers to manage complex people matters We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated individual, and if this sounds like you please see the attached position description for more details on this opportunity.
