Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to join our L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty (LDB) Division as a Senior Online Brand Manager within our La Roche-Posay team. Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive online paid media strategies, you will enhance the visibility and performance of our brand in the digital space. ABOUT THE ROLE Develop and execute the brand's online strategy: Focus on meeting consumer expectations and driving commercial opportunities. Manage digital marketing campaigns: Implement strategies across paid search, paid social, affiliates, and CRM. Optimize channel performance: Drive media efficiencies and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) through campaign optimization. Manage digital media conversion budget: Allocate the budget to meet the brand's growth objectives. Oversee CRM strategy: Drive the "business as usual" CRM strategy and support automated journeys and personalization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work with creative, brand content, NPD launch, and development teams to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing initiatives. POSITION OBJECTIVES Drive D2C revenue growth and build media efficiencies. Acceleration of 1PD through innovative initiatives in lead generation and CRM. Accelerate indirect ecommerce growth online via media and onsite activations. ABOUT YOU Proven ability to develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (paid social, paid search, affiliates, CRM) and strategies. Experience designing and managing campaigns for first-party data collection, with high technical literacy in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager). Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships with partners, stakeholders, and external agencies. Proven experience leading digital marketing strategies, managing agency partners, and implementing performance marketing calendars. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and developing digital marketing strategies.
