About The Role The Senior Organisational Development Consultant (Employee Experience) will co-ordinate the design & development of Barwon Health’s employee engagement, workforce inclusion and cultural change programs. The programs will build organisational, team and individual capabilities whilst supporting Barwon Health strategic goals.
