About the role The Organisational Development (OD) team is a small but committed group at the forefront of driving meaningful change through exciting and impactful programs across Eastern Health to deliver on our promise of Healthier Together. In this hands-on role, we are seeking an experienced Senior OD Specialist to design, implement and evaluate initiatives that foster an effective and engaged workforce. This position has a particular focus on designing and delivering leadership development and engagement initiatives. It is an opportunity to lead impactful programs that make a real difference and are valued by our people. This opportunity is based at our Box Hill location, with the option for hybrid working. Some movement across our locations may be required. About you To be successful in this role you will possess: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology or related fields Demonstrated experience in developing, coordinating and facilitating successful OD programs and activities aligned to organisational priorities and strategies Demonstrated ability to lead organisational development and change management initiatives Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to inform decisions. Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.
