Tasks Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's functional abilities and develop individualized therapy plans to address specific needs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver integrated care and ensure continuity of therapeutic interventions. Provide guidance and support to families, caregivers, and educators to facilitate the development and implementation of effective strategies for enhancing children's occupational performance. Supervise and mentor junior therapists and students, fostering professional growth and adherence to best practices within the field. Participate in continuous professional development and contribute to the advancement of occupational therapy services within the community. Requirements Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent. Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist. Minimum of 5 years of experience working with children and families in a clinical setting. Strong understanding of developmental disorders and therapeutic interventions for children. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
