Available Location: Melbourne About The Role We are looking for a Melbourne-based Senior Partner Account Manager to lead partnerships for the South Sales Territory which includes Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, and New Zealand. You will be responsible for the recruitment, development, nurturing, and growth of partners within your sales territory. To succeed you will need to work closely with sales leadership, account executives, solution engineering, inside partner sales, partner services, sales operations, and partner marketing with a goal to accelerate customer adoption of Cloudflare products and services via partnerships. Responsibilities Partner Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with partner sales team(s) as well as Key Decision Makers and Influencers Partner Recruitment: Identify, recruit, enable, and manage net new partners Enabling distribution and/or partners to be competent in Cloudflare to build sales and product competency Establish and run operational cadences including account reviews, planning, pipeline review, marketing Metrics for success include running quarterly business reviews, building pipeline and deal registration, and closed won partner booked business Requirements Experience working across Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, and New Zealand markets 10+ years experience managing partners including partner recruitment experience Experience working in the technology sector. Cybersecurity and/or Networking sector a bonus Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written) What Makes Cloudflare Special?
