About Our Client Our client is a high-growth, ASX listed business located in the heart of the Melbourne CBD. They are currently undergoing a significant growth period as a result of recent acquisitions. Our client has a fun, supportive, collaborative workplace culture and has been awarded as an employer of choice. Job Description Interpreting Awards and applying to data under review. Creation and roll-out of new payroll processes. Driving continuous improvement within payroll compliance and systems. Data extraction from payroll systems to provide to key stakeholders, including fortnightly pay data, pay changes and employment types. Supporting key stakeholders with the extraction and interpretation of T&A data. Review of data queries and working with the team on creating responses. Updates to payroll data for payroll/HR systems (supporting current team). The Successful Applicant We are seeking candidates with excellent attention to detail and communication skills. This position will require strong Excel skills and will suit someone who is highly analytical. What's on Offer Can be fully remote!
